Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Revolut. By completing your purchase, you agree to Revolut's terms and conditions. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. As a VAT payer in the EU, you are responsible for self-assessing and accounting for VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes for existing members will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will only apply to renewals, not to the existing subscription period.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current subscription period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at the email address provided in your welcome materials.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ENKAS SRL or its content and technology providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ENKAS SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
